Hi, I’m Shantanu Joshi—a passionate Financial Analyst, Trader, and the founder of Findependence Trading Academy. After spending 15+ years in the IT industry, I made a bold decision at 41 to pursue my true passion: stock market trading.

My Trading Journey

I started trading in 2006—right from my second salary. Like most beginners, I entered the markets without proper knowledge and learned some painful lessons, especially during the 2008 crisis. That setback taught me the value of a strong trading foundation.

Over the years, I tested countless strategies and realized one powerful truth: A strategy alone can’t make you consistently profitable. Your mindset matters just as much.

With a structured framework – combining trading strategies and mindset hacks, I finally achieved consistency. I even left my IT job in the USA to trade full-time and now helping others do the same.

In August 2023, I started Findependence Trading Academy to share everything I’ve learned.
